For all you on limited downloads this program is pretty decent, i got it off warez full version.

basically just a tiny program that runs in background and monitors bandwidth, you can check daily reports and see how much you use a day/week/month, and see what times you used more etc.

ive had this running for last few days and already clocked up 2.35gb just from internet browsing, ts and games.
